Who we are
Victory Caffe is a family-owned cafe with two locations: 14909 Vanowen St, Van Nuys, CA 91405, and 11040 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604. This website is built, hosted, and maintained for us by Famished. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Victory Caffe.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, sign-up forms, or comment boxes, and the site doesn't use cookies, local storage, analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels.
Like every website, a page only reaches your screen because your browser asks for it, and each request carries standard technical details: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page that linked you here, and the time. These requests go to:
- Our website host, which delivers the pages, images, and video.
- Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces, under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Famished, which delivers the dish photos, under the Famished Privacy Policy.
These providers use that information to deliver the page and may keep it briefly in server logs for security and troubleshooting. We don't use it to build profiles of visitors, and we don't combine it with anything else.
When you order
Choosing Order takes you from this site to Famished's online ordering at famished.ai. Your order, contact details, delivery address, and payment are handled there under the Famished Privacy Policy and Famished Terms. Famished passes the cafe you ordered from the details it needs to prepare and hand off your order. Promo codes such as VICTORYFAM are entered and applied there too.
When you call, email, or message us
If you phone, email, or message us, we use what you send only to reply and help. We don't add you to mailing lists, and we don't sell or rent your contact details.
Links to other sites
This site links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Maps, and Famished. Each has its own privacy policy, which applies once you follow the link.
Cookies, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control
This site sets no cookies. Because we don't track you across websites, there's nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off; every visitor is already treated that way.
Selling and sharing
